Our policy lasts 7 days after receipt of the package. If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an email at contact@millesimeparfum.com

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
