What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-3 business days to process your order and then 4-5 to deliver it to you.
Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?
Yes, once your order arrives in the destination country ( 5 working days after the order is placed ), you will automatically receive an email from the local shipping company with the tracking of your package. And this is very often done 2 days before the delivery day.
Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver to EUROPE If you live outside the EU please contact our representatives.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our international warehouse is located in Italy.
Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Please contact our customer service immediately by email at contact@millesimeparfum.com, within 7 days of receiving the order.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to our customer service by email at contact@millesimeparfum.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to these unforeseen circumstances. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the claim is made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the package and that the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
